The Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) is one of the UK’s longest-established providers of education in nutritional therapy. This is a permanent, full-time position at the heart of our student recruitment function and a great opportunity for an individual to play a key role in supporting student recruitment for courses, engaging in external events and networking opportunities.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to deliver an outstanding admissions and applicant experience. You will manage the full applicant journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring a seamless, professional and engaging experience for prospective students. You will play a proactive role in supporting recruitment targets by effectively using data and systems, actively following up with applicants, and driving conversion across academic programmes. You will also use insight to continuously improve conversion rates and optimise the admissions process.
You will come with:
