We are looking for a qualified journalist (degree or NCTJ) to produce high‐quality copy for our public‐facing Optimum Nutrition newsletter, bi‐annual booklet and website, as well as create engaging content for our digital media streams and marketing activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently‐qualified journalist or experienced professional to develop their skills across a range of media outputs. The successful applicant will have a keen interest in health and nutrition, and the ability to switch from writing an in‐depth feature to producing a promotional piece.

- Ability to create content including in‐depth features, interviews and news for our monthly Optimum Nutrition newsletter, as well as for marketing campaigns, website, and social media
- Ability to accurately proof and sub content on‐screen
- Ability to read/understand research papers, with understanding of research methods
- Organisational skills
- Excellent individual and group communication skills
- Initiative and the ability to work as part of a team and to lead on projects when required
- Knowledge of InDesign, Dreamweaver, Audition and Premier Pro desirable
