The Role
As the Sales Operations Associate, you will report to the head of Sales Operations globally and support all sales teams. The focus is to help evolve the sales culture globally with an emphasis on revenue growth and productivity. The candidate should be proactive, driven, enthusiastic, meticulous, and highly skilled in data analysis, process improvement, and implementing sales tech, with excellent communication skills across all levels of the business. This is a great opportunity to join a high-growth organization and work with an exciting sales team undergoing a change programme.
What will you be doing?
- Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports highlighting trends, successes, and opportunities.
- Create effective data visualizations, reports, and analytical solutions for senior leadership.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
- Understand and solve problems within the sales process and tech stack as they arise.
- Work with various teams to route leads efficiently to sales reps.
- Create documents supporting sales processes, guides, principles, and other materials.
