This is a hands-on role based onsite at one of our premium client’s offices in London. Working closely with the Workplace Manager, you will help keep a busy office environment running smoothly across multiple floors and office spaces. You will be a visible point of contact for both internal employees and external visitors or suppliers, as well as senior stakeholders. You will help ensure the workplace is professional, organised, safe, and well supported. This means you need to be comfortable engaging with senior people, managing expectations clearly, and taking ownership of day-to-day workplace matters. While this is not a management role, it does require confidence, composure, and good judgement.

What you will do:

  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of a premium client workplace across multiple office spaces.
  • Work closely with the Workplace Manager to maintain high standards across facilities, employee experience, and workplace operations.
  • Act as a confident point of contact for employees, visitors, suppliers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of workplace issues, ensuring problems are resolved quickly and professionally.

What you should bring:

  • Experience in an office-based role, ideally supporting an Office, Workplace, or Facilities Manager.
  • Strong administrative & organisational skills.
  • Confident, professional communication and stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities.
  • A practical, hands-on approach to workplace tasks.
  • Comfortable working across multiple office spaces throughout the day.
  • Basic Health & Safety awareness; formal qualifications are beneficial, but not essential.
  • Good IT skills across workplace systems, helpdesk tools, email, and standard office software.
