We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee a busy Accounts team in a conveyancing firm that specialises in Newbuild Shared Ownership transactions. The successful candidate will need to manage the client and office accounts as well as process all supplier invoices and have a strong knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules.
Duties will include:
- Bank Reconciliations
- Month-end reporting and cash-flow analysis
- VAT returns
- Overseeing outsourced payroll
- Liaising with auditors for annual accounts and auditors' report
- Assisting your team on busy completion days
We will consider experienced Senior Legal Cashiers seeking a more challenging role. This is a full-time role. Office hours are 8:30 – 5:00 pm. We would prefer the successful candidate to be office-based in our Canterbury office, but hybrid working will be considered for a maximum of 3 days a week.
