Job Description
Design learning. Drive performance. Create experiences that stick. Learning should feel energising, meaningful and genuinely useful — not something people just “complete”. In this role, reporting to the Head of Learning & Talent, you’ll join a small team of Learning Performance Consultants, where you’ll design and deliver creative, blended learning experiences that don’t just engage, they shift behaviour and improve performance.
You’ll bring together learning design, facilitation and digital thinking to craft impactful learning journeys across virtual, digital and in-person environments. From concept to delivery, you’ll shape experiences that are memorable, practical and aligned to real business outcomes. This is a space where you can be creative, experiment with new formats and approaches, and directly influence how learning shows up across the organisation while growing your own impact along the way.
What you’ll do
- Design and deliver high-impact, performance-focused leadership, management and team development programmes
- Create end-to-end blended learning experiences (digital, virtual and face-to-face) that feel seamless and engaging
- Craft creative learning solutions using storytelling, visual design, and behavioural science to bring content to life
- Facilitate inspiring, experiential and engaging sessions, with confidence and warmth
- Translate insight into practical, performance-driven learning interventions that make a real difference
- Design learning journeys, flows and assets that are visually compelling, interactive and memorable
- Continuously evaluate impact — using data, feedback and insight to improve effectiveness and performance outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues and external providers to deliver innovative and high-quality learning solutions
Qualifications
- Strong experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions
- Demonstrable experience creating learning that drives behaviour change and performance
- Exceptional facilitation and coaching skills
- A creative mindset, with an eye for engaging design and experience creation
- Confidence working with diverse groups at all levels
- Curiosity, empathy and a genuine passion for helping people grow
- The ability to turn insight into practical, high-impact learning experiences
Additional Information
This role gives you a nice balance with mostly working from home, while staying connected with the team through regular time in our Dundee office. You’ll come together in person to collaborate and make the most of the work you’re doing as a team, so there’s a bit of flexibility needed around visits to the office which can sometimes be weekly and at short notice. You’ll also have the chance to travel now and then across the UK and Europe to support events and programmes.
Everyone is welcome at Insights. We’re dedicated to creating a space where you belong — that means accepting you for who you are now and supporting you on your journey towards whoever you want to become.
