The Finance Business Partner plays a critical role in shaping and delivering Insights’ financial and commercial strategy. As a trusted adviser and strategic challenger, you will partner closely with Executive and Senior Leadership teams and Operational functions to drive sustainable, profitable revenue growth, optimise investment decisions, and enhance commercial performance. This role is accountable for ensuring financial insight translates into clear action, driving accountability and measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Executive members and Senior Leadership Teams to drive strategy alignment and commercially sound decision-making
- Act as a trusted commercial advisor, influencing investment, cost optimisation, and growth decisions
- Develop and monitor revenue and cost KPIs, including functional spend
- Deliver high-impact financial insights, translating complex data into clear recommendations
- Identify risks and opportunities, ensuring timely intervention and accountability
- Lead development of commercial KPIs and performance frameworks aligned to strategic priorities
- Drive investment appraisal, scenario modelling, ROI analysis, and post-investment review
- Deliver accurate revenue and cost forecasting and support the budget process
- Champion financial accountability and a performance culture across operational leaders
- Influence cross-functional initiatives and transformation programmes, ensuring financial rigour
- Drive continuous improvement, enhancing efficiency, scalability, reporting, and analytics capabilities

- Strong data and analytics capability, including tools such as Power BI
