OVERVIEW: This role exists to support the growth and development of one of Gymshark’s social channels, helping to deliver high-performing, culturally relevant content that drives attention and engagement with our audience. You will focus on creating fast-paced, social-first content that taps into trends, creators and platform behaviours, while supporting the rollout of wider brand campaigns, events and reactive moments in a way that feels native to the platform.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Supporting the growth and performance of one of Gymshark’s social channels
- Creating and publishing fast-moving, social-first content at pace
- Reacting to trends, moments and platform behaviours in real time
- Integrating product into authentic, creator-native content
- Testing, learning and iterating to scale high-performing content
- Translating campaigns, launches and events into platform-native formats
- Supporting end-to-end delivery of social campaigns
- Collaborating with creative, brand, product and influencer teams
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Essential Criteria:- Proven experience in a social media or content-focused role
- Hands-on experience creating content for social platforms
- Strong understanding of TikTok and familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and Pinterest
- Experience delivering KPI-driven results
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, self-starting mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Experience using tools like Photoshop, Premiere Pro or CapCut
