As a Research Executive on a 12m FTC, you’ll play a key role in uncovering actionable insight that shapes decisions across the business. Working within the Insight team, you’ll use a mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods to deeply understand our community, optimise the end‑to‑end customer journey, and champion the voice of the customer at every touchpoint.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Delivering clear, actionable insights using a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Translating research outputs into compelling insight stories and grounded recommendations.
- Designing and running surveys, IDIs and community activities, analysing data and producing rich insight outputs.
- Building research proposals that clearly define objectives, scope, methodology and timelines.
- Partnering closely with internal stakeholders to shape research briefs and ensure insight lands with impact.
- Working with external research agencies to deliver high‑quality, actionable outcomes.
- Supporting and developing junior team members, sharing skills and best practice.
- Acting as a customer champion, ensuring insight is embedded into decision‑making across Gymshark.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Essential:
- Proven experience in a research role with strong understanding of research methodologies.
- Confidence leading both qualitative and quantitative research projects end‑to‑end.
- Ability to synthesise multiple data sources into one cohesive, insight‑led narrative.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present insight clearly and confidently.
- Experience managing multiple projects and proactively flagging risks or blockers.
Nice to have:
- Experience using survey platforms (e.g. Alchemer, Typeform, SurveyMonkey).
- Experience working with research communities or panels.
- Exposure to large datasets and analysis tools (e.g. DisplayR, MarketSight).
