What you’ll bring (must-haves):

  • Thorough knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P) and Source to Pay (S2P) processes.
  • Previous experience of implementing procurement policies — ideally with involvement in creating or updating them.
  • Hands‑on experience implementing procurement systems or technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders while on the journey of embedding and managing procurement processes and systems.

If you’re passionate about building efficient processes, improving compliance, and enabling great procurement experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and optimising end-to-end procurement processes, including workflows, approvals, risk mitigation and controls.
  • Owning and managing procurement systems and tools and driving the adoption of procurement technologies.
  • Owning and managing supplier due diligence and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand how procurement activities can enable business goals; balancing the need for best practice with a flexible approach to meet business needs.
  • Owning and updating the Procurement Policy, working closely with CoSec to ensure business‑wide comms and adoption.
  • Managing the end-to-end sourcing for low‑value procurement activities where it’s not possible to enable self‑serve.
  • Being a central point of contact for the business travel solution, including day‑to‑day management of the supplier relationship.
  • Collating and analysing data to produce reports such as spend analysis, benefits tracking, compliance metrics, and supplier performance.
  • Supporting the Director of Procurement in preparing comms and reports.
  • Monitoring and improving procurement KPIs, including cycle times, compliance rates, and supplier onboarding metrics.

What you’ll need:

Essential Criteria:

  • Solid knowledge of procurement best practices and sourcing strategies.
  • Deep understanding of Source to Contract and Procure to Pay processes.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and suppliers and the confidence and experience to work closely with Gymshark leaders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Experience implementing and managing procurement technology platforms e.g., SAP, e‑procurement – egOmnea.
  • Self‑starter, proactive, and able to take ownership of procurement operations with minimal supervision.
  • Experience of working in fast‑paced, scaling organisations with greenfield or brownfield procurement functions.
  • Ability to analyse complex data to inform sourcing decisions and develop ideas for ongoing improvements.
  • Comfortable navigating between strict adherence to best practice and the flexibility needed to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Proficient in procurement systems and tools such as SAP, e‑Procurement software, and skilled in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred Criteria:

  • Expertise in identifying and mitigating procurement risks, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Experience working in a global organisation with complex supply chain and compliance requirements.
