We’re looking for a Social Executive to help grow and energise one of our key social channels. You’ll create fast‑paced, culturally relevant content that feels native to TikTok and resonates with our female audience. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social trends and thrives in a high‑energy, creative environment. You’ll play a key role in delivering attention‑grabbing content that drives engagement and channel growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the growth and performance of our TikTok channel, driving reach and engagement
  • Creating and publishing high‑volume, social‑first content at pace
  • Reacting quickly to trends, moments and platform behaviours
  • Integrating product into authentic, creator‑native content
  • Testing, learning and iterating to scale what performs best
  • Translating campaigns, launches and events into TikTok‑native formats
  • Supporting end‑to‑end delivery of social campaigns
  • Collaborating with brand, creative, product and influencer teams

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in a social media or content‑focused role
  • Hands‑on experience creating content for social platforms
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and Pinterest
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, self‑starting mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Experience using tools like Photoshop, Premiere Pro or CapCut
