We’re looking for an SEO Content Executive who’s excited by evolving search behaviours, curious about AI and social search, and motivated to push beyond “traditional” SEO. You’ll plan, create, and optimise content to grow SEO visibility across traditional, AI, and social search, using keyword research, audits, testing, and close collaboration to continually improve performance.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- You’ll plan, create, and optimise SEO content across Gymshark’s e-commerce sites, blog, and apps to drive organic growth.
- Using keyword research, performance analysis, and testing, you’ll deliver regional SEO content strategies aligned to commercial priorities.
- You’ll contribute to the SEO content calendar, execute ASO across training and e-commerce apps, and support Digital PR and Social Search initiatives to strengthen visibility and link profiles.
- Working closely with Creative, Technical SEO, Digital Content, Ecommerce, and Marketing teams, you’ll ensure SEO best practices are embedded across campaigns, landing pages, site updates, and key brand moments.
- You’ll monitor keyword performance across regions, report against KPIs, forecast SEO impact, and share insights to inform wider marketing decisions.
- And most importantly- stay up to date with industry and algorithm changes.
What you’re accountable for:
- Executing the SEO content strategy, including regional optimisation.
- Driving keyword growth through research, audits, and content refreshes.
- Supporting ASO, Digital PR, and Social Search execution.
- Identifying new content and keyword opportunities.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align SEO with Ecommerce and Marketing plans.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- SEO experience in-house or agency-side.
- Content writing and optimisation experience.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven search and social search.
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g. GA, GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Curious, proactive, and passionate about digital innovation.
Preferred:
- ASO and off-site SEO experience.
- Understanding of the full marketing funnel.
- Confidence to challenge, collaborate, and give/receive feedback.
