We're looking for a Senior Studio Producer with strong, hands‐on production experience to bring structure, efficiency and clarity to a high‐volume studio environment. This role is studio‐based with a strong focus on planning, workflow management and problem solving. You'll manage timelines, budgets, resources and production workflows across studio campaigns and eComm delivery, ensuring work is delivered efficiently, cost‐effectively and on time. Creativity in this role comes through practical problem solving, improving processes and supporting teams to deliver at scale. This role is ideally suited to retailer studio producers with strong operational and production delivery experience rather than creative direction backgrounds.

What you'll be doing

  • Working closely with the Senior Integrated Producer, you'll be responsible for the day‐to‐day management of project timelines, shoot planning, asset coordination and stakeholder communication ensuring every project is executed with efficiency and impact.
  • You'll bring a sharp eye for process, a calm head under pressure and a love for turning creative ambition into practical, high‐quality output.
  • Production Management & Delivery
  • Own end‐to‐end production delivery across studio, campaign and eComm (approx. 3–4 days per week).
  • Translate briefs into clear production plans, timelines and deliverables, removing ambiguity for creative teams.
  • Drive production efficiency by identifying risks early, resolving issues quickly and keeping work moving.
  • Manage approvals, dependencies and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Ensure projects are accurately scoped, cost‐effective and delivered on time and to brief.
  • Lead monthly studio and eComm shoots from planning through post‐production delivery.
  • Coordinate resources, samples, talent, logistics and asset tracking to maintain consistent output.
  • Maintain oversight of post‐production pipelines, ensuring eComm assets move efficiently through retouching and delivery.
  • Partner with photography, retouch and merchandising teams to ensure accurate forecasting and workload planning.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline production workflows, improve handovers and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Support budgeting, PO management and spend tracking, flagging risks and variances early.
  • Take a practical, solutions‐focused approach to resolving production challenges under pressure.
  • Act as a senior production support for Junior Producers, helping unblock issues and guide decision‐making.
  • Share best practice across planning, documentation and prioritisation to raise overall production standards.
  • Provide calm, hands‐on leadership during peak periods to keep the studio operating smoothly.

What you'll need

  • Proven experience as a Producer or Senior Producer in a fashion or creative agency environment. Studio and eCom are essential experience (3+ years).
  • Solid understanding of project management practices in a creative and studio context using project/asset management tools like Wrike/Asana/LetsFlo/Adobe.
  • Strong track record delivering ecom production, creative studio shoots and multi‐stakeholder creative campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills clear, structured and confident.
  • A calm, organised approach able to juggle multiple deadlines while keeping projects on track and teams motivated.
  • Budgeting experience with confidence raising estimates, managing suppliers and tracking production spend.
  • A team‐first mindset with experience mentoring or guiding more junior producers.
