At Gymshark, we’re on a mission to unlock potential through performance apparel—and our Production team plays a crucial role in making that happen. As a Production Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our global production operations, ensuring products move seamlessly from order placement through to delivery. You’ll take ownership of critical path management, support supplier performance, and help us continuously improve production processes to deliver on time, every time. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role where collaboration, problem-solving, and data-led decision-making are key.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Managing Purchase Orders and ensuring all vendor contracts are issued in line with business SLAs
  • Owning and maintaining the Critical Path, ensuring production timelines and delivery schedules are met
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers and hosting regular production progress meetings
  • Providing clear, consistent production updates to internal stakeholders
  • Monitoring vendor performance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting stakeholder meetings with production insights and updates
  • Tracking vendor capacity to ensure effective production planning
  • Maintaining internal tracking systems to drive visibility and efficiency
  • Partnering with freight forwarders to ensure smooth and timely handovers
  • Analysing large data sets to identify trends and deliver actionable insights

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large data sets accurately
  • Advanced Excel capability (including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and reporting)
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • A motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
  • Previous production experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
  • A team player who contributes to a positive, high-performance culture
  • Degree in Business/Data Analytics
  • Experience with Power BI
  • ERP system knowledge (NetSuite, SAP)
  • Exposure to product lifecycle management systems
  • CIPS qualification (or working towards)
  • Experience in a fast-moving production or supply chain environment
