Production Executive to help drive critical path management, strengthen supplier relationships, and support on-time delivery across our global supply chain.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with production or manufacturing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING.
Managing Purchase Orders and ensuring vendor orders are issued within agreed SLAs.
Owning and maintaining critical paths to ensure production timelines and delivery deadlines are met.
Building strong relationships with vendors and leading regular production review meetings.
Providing timely production updates to stakeholders across the business.
Monitoring vendor performance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Tracking supplier capacity against production demand to support effective planning.
Maintaining production tracking systems and ensuring data accuracy.
Collaborating with freight forwarders and suppliers to achieve on-time handovers.
Producing and analysing reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across production operations.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED.
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting.
- Confident working with and analysing large volumes of data.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a high-performance culture.
- Experience with Power BI.
- SAP or ERP system experience.
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software experience.
- Degree in Business Analytics or a related field.
- CIPS qualification (or working towards).
- Experience within a high-volume, fast-paced production function.

Due to the hands-on and highly collaborative nature of the work within our Product & Supply Chain team, we have a minimum expectation of FOUR days per week onsite at our Gymshark HQ. This ensures we can work closely together to innovate, problem-solve, and deliver world-class products for our community.
