THE ROLE This role exists to own and elevate our global logistics network, ensuring we deliver a best‑in‑class experience for the Gymshark community, wherever they are in the world. Sitting at the heart of our supply chain, the role is key to driving operational excellence at pace – balancing performance, cost, and customer experience as we scale. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we fulfil globally; aligning logistics performance with Gymshark’s bold growth ambitions, while continually challenging the status quo to unlock smarter, faster, and more agile ways of working. From peak trading to day‑to‑day execution, you’ll ensure our network is built to flex, perform, and deliver – every time. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Deliver fulfilment objectives aligned to strategic priorities and evolving customer needs, ensuring consistent operational excellence.
  • Evaluate and monitor 3PL partner performance, proactively collaborating to implement targeted improvement plans.
  • Analyse 3PL labour models, cost structures, and service delivery, with a key focus on peak trading performance and scalability.
  • Define, track, and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs, ensuring clear visibility across internal stakeholders.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with teams such as Inbound Supply Chain and Delivery Solutions to ensure seamless end‑to‑end supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to review forecasts and operational plans, driving alignment and efficiency.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across distribution centre operations to enhance productivity, service quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Drive operational consistency and best practice across the global logistics network.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Strong understanding of fulfilment, distribution centre (DC) operations, and end‑to‑end supply chain flows.
  • In‑depth knowledge of 3PL operating models, warehouse processes, and performance drivers.
  • Experience managing and influencing third‑party logistics providers.
  • Ability to manage peak trading complexity and support operational scalability.
  • Proven capability in analysing KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to drive performance improvements.
  • Strong financial acumen, including cost control, labour modelling, and productivity optimisation.
  • Experience evaluating supplier cost bases and service trade‑offs.
  • Advanced analytical skills and data‑driven decision making.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial planning.

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience within e‑commerce or retail operations.
  • Exposure to global supply chains.
  • Strong problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence to challenge and be challenged constructively.

ON‑SITE COLLABORATION Due to the hands‑on and highly collaborative nature of the work within our Supply Chain team, we require a minimum expectation of three days per week onsite at our Gymshark HQ. This ensures we can work closely together to innovate, problem‑solve, and deliver world‑class products for our community.
