This global role sits within the Partnerships team and exists to execute Gymshark’s Entertainment Marketing initiatives, helping to position the brand as the most culturally relevant fitness brand by integrating it into youth culture through talent, activations, product placement, media and content. You will play a key role in both developing and executing the Entertainment Marketing strategy, driving culturally relevant partnerships across celebrity and influencer, while delivering impactful activations and ensuring seamless execution across campaigns, content and brand moments. This role requires you to be a creative, proactive thinker with a strong track record in influencer campaign execution, capable of identifying opportunities, shaping the next move, and bringing ideas to life.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Strategy & Execution: Support the execution of Gymshark’s Entertainment Marketing strategy, including:
    • Paid and organic celebrity & talent partnerships
    • Influencer activations
    • Cultural and brand-led activations
    • Agency management
    • Deliver seasonal Entertainment Marketing plans, including UK product seeding initiatives.
    • Execute strategic campaigns, ensuring all talent and partners deliver against agreed contractual terms and KPIs.
    • Generate excitement around the brand; leverage the power of talent & influencers to increase brand/product awareness and consideration through Entertainment Marketing.
  • Talent & Relationship Management: Maintain and grow a strong network of industry contacts. Act as the primary point of contact for talent and collaborators across campaigns and activations. Manage inbound talent and gifting requests in line with seasonal priorities. Identify, secure, and engage emerging and established talent aligned with Gymshark’s brand. Lead talent outreach, pitching, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Activations & Content: Support the ideation and execution of creative talent activations across social content, events, campaigns and key cultural brand moments. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content and activations are maximised across all marketing channels.
  • Agency & Campaign Management: Manage external agencies for talent seeding and product placement:
    • Share briefs and campaign direction
    • Approve talent selections
    • Oversee product logistics and delivery
    • Oversee project workflows, timelines, databases, and reporting processes.
    • Ensure entertainment marketing initiatives are integrated across wider brand campaigns.
  • Insights & Reporting: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and cultural movements to inform strategy. Deliver monthly reporting on Entertainment Marketing performance, including campaign results and channel impact.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Essential Criteria: Strong understanding of the UK and US entertainment landscape (celebrity, influencer, and cultural spaces).
  • ‘Black Book’ of talent and industry contacts.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of emerging talent, trends, and social media.
  • Proven experience executing campaigns within influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or entertainment marketing.
  • Background in fashion, celebrity, lifestyle, or cultural marketing is a plus.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence influencing both internal teams and external partners.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • A proactive self-starter who can work independently without close supervision.
  • Creative thinker with a 360° mindset; able to connect brand, culture, and content.
  • Strong understanding of how content performs across channels (organic social, paid media, CRM, web).
  • Confident pitching ideas, campaigns, and talent opportunities.
