What you’ll be doing:
- Styling on-brand looks for ecommerce and studio shoots, including flatlays and still life, in line with our Gymshark styling standards and guidelines.
- Preparing weekly shoot rails aligned to GTM direction, managing steaming, garment care and sample standards.

- Following shoots through post-production to ensure consistent ecommerce quality.
- Researching trends to support evolving styling guidelines and category direction.
What you’ll need:
- Experience styling on set within a fast-paced ecommerce studio environment.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce styling best practices across stills and video.
- Excellent eye for proportion, colour and building cohesive, commercial looks.
- Genuine interest in activewear and athleisure trends and community culture.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- A self-starter with strong organisation and excellent time-management skills.
- Confident communication style with openness to feedback.
- Collaborative mindset with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Confident using studio systems and digital tools to support workflow.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing shoot priorities and meet demand.
- Proactive approach with the confidence to take initiative and anticipate studio needs.
Please note this is a studio-based role in our Solihull office. All candidates must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 working days in the office per week and be open to working to shoot schedules.
