OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for someone to join our Digital marketing team, to lead and support a team of Product Managers driving the strategy, development, and optimisation of our global digital products. This role is instrumental in shaping our eCommerce ecosystem across our website and app, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and high-performing digital experience for our customers.

This role will oversee strategic focus areas, including driving confidence in purchase decisions through optimised product pages, recommendations, promotions, and checkout experiences. You’ll also enhance product discovery and differentiation via search, merchandising, content management, and personalised engagement. Additionally, you'll lead initiatives that strengthen customer relationships, loyalty, and omni-channel experiences while evolving our Training App to deepen community engagement.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Define and execute the Digital eCommerce product strategy, ensuring customer-centric innovation that drives engagement and revenue.
  • Actively support the team in translating strategic objectives into executional roadmaps, ensuring high-velocity testing, iteration, and optimization.
  • Own and evolve the value proposition for Gymshark's digital channels, balancing customer needs with business objectives.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner across technology, UX, engineering, data, and commercial teams, aligning digital product investments with Gymshark's growth strategy.
  • Ensure seamless customer journeys, from product discovery to post-purchase engagement, leveraging AI, first-party data, and personalization strategies.
  • Shape the technology strategy for eCommerce, ensuring systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business needs, while making build vs. buy assessments.
  • Own the commercial performance of Gymshark's digital product portfolio, ensuring product decisions directly drive revenue growth, conversion improvements, and customer lifetime value.
  • Partner with finance teams to evaluate digital investments, business case viability, and ROI for new initiatives.
  • Lead CRM & loyalty initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to maximise engagement, retention, and LTV.
  • Establish a clear product development framework, ensuring PMs have the tools, training, and mentorship needed to execute at a high level.
  • Champion best practices in backlog management, agile delivery, and experimentation, driving a culture of learning and iteration.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities, ensuring strategic investments drive measurable outcomes in conversion, engagement, and customer retention.
  • Foster a high-performance, growth-oriented culture, mentoring and developing Product Managers to scale their impact and career progression.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Essential Criteria:

  • Extensive experience in digital product management, eCommerce, or a related field, with a focus on consumer engagement and digital sales growth.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple product development tracks, balancing execution speed with strategic impact.
  • Strong track record in conversion rate optimisation, PDP innovation, checkout experience improvements, and customer engagement.
  • Deep expertise in first-party data strategies, AI-driven personalisation, and commercial data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, AI-powered recommendations, and CRM-driven engagement strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, ensuring alignment and execution across teams.
  • Ability to define and assess business cases, P&L impact, and revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching Product Managers, driving execution excellence and career development.
  • High attention to detail, excellent project management skills, and ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.

  • Background in Retail, Fashion, or eCommerce industries.
  • Experience working with AI-driven personalization tools, CRM platforms, and loyalty frameworks.
  • Exposure to data science, experimentation frameworks, and automation-driven optimisations.
