We are hiring a Floor Lead for our Flagship store in Regent Street! As a Floor Lead at Gymshark, you’ll be an aspiring leader, driving store performance and ensuring that every customer experience reflects our brand’s values of empowerment, inclusivity, and community. You’ll lead by example, supporting your team in delivering exceptional service, product knowledge, and operational excellence. This is a 12-month FTC.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Representing Gymshark’s culture and values, acting as a passionate advocate for the brand and inspiring your team to do the same.
  • Assisting with day‑to‑day operations of the store, ensuring efficient execution of daily tasks and contributing to the store’s strategic goals.
  • Identifying growth opportunities within your team, providing in‑the‑moment coaching, feedback, and support to foster personal and professional development.
  • Leading by example to achieve KPIs and drive team performance through motivation, leadership, and accountability.
  • Be a role model for outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and operational excellence, ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience.
  • Collaborating with store management to support the execution of initiatives and special projects that align with business goals and brand standards.
  • Bring positivity, energy, and fun to the workplace, helping to create a motivated and engaged team environment.
  • Supporting back‑of‑house operations, including stockroom organisation, inventory management, and product replenishment, to ensure seamless flow of merchandise and optimal store presentation.
  • Frequently moving heavy boxes (up to 50 lb) across the office for various needs.
  • Keyholder responsibility opening and closing the store.
