Are you passionate about ecommerce and creating exceptional digital shopping experiences? We're looking for an eCommerce Content Executive to join our Digital Product team and help bring our commercial calendar to life across global ecommerce channels.

In this fast-paced and highly collaborative role, you'll support the delivery of new product launches, promotional campaigns and customer experiences across our website, app and retail stores. Working with teams across Digital Product, Marketing, Merchandising, Commercial, Retail and Technology, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers enjoy seamless, engaging and relevant experiences at every touchpoint.

What you'll do

  • Support major trading events and promotional campaigns, including seasonal sales, peak trading periods and loyalty activations.
  • Set up and maintain promotions, discount codes, merchandising updates and customer-facing messaging.
  • Support retail operations through product and content management within point-of-sale systems.
  • Monitor ecommerce performance and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and commercial results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-performing ecommerce experiences.

What you'll need

  • Previous experience in an ecommerce role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting ecommerce product launches across multiple products or markets.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Retail ecommerce or Shopify POS experience.
  • Loyalty programme or membership experience.
  • Experience using reporting tools such as Looker Studio, GA4 or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Experience working with large product catalogues and PIM systems.
  • Experience within retail, fashion or sportswear brands.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools to improve efficiency or content delivery.
  • Basic HTML or CSS knowledge.
