Overview
We’re looking for someone to join our newly formed commercial wholesale team, to help be an essential point of contact for selected third party partners globally, facilitating both internal and external administrative duties.
What you’ll be doing
- Working closely with members of the Wholesale Team and with wholesale partners to ensure all administrative requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams and with wholesale partners to ensure excellent internal and external customer service is upheld.
- Take responsibility for the regular delivery of communications such as sales order confirmations, delivery schedules, and stock availability lists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sourcing, product buying merchandising, brand and marketing to promote customer growth and assist in establishing and refining best practice processes. This will include the preparation and publication of sales presentations, order processing, order confirmations, delivery schedules, stock availability / repeat lead time reports and goods available for shipment / collection communications.
- To prepare reports as requested to ensure sales performance is correctly monitored.
- To be an active participant in sales meetings supporting the account manager in both the preparation for and execution of such meetings.
- Work closely with the Wholesale Account Manager to ensure presentation of the brand to all wholesale partners is seamless and on brand.
- Ensure wholesale partners remain informed of relevant Gymshark developments, product performance and trading strategies.
What you’ll need
Essential Criteria:- Commercial experience preferably with knowledge of ecommerce and bricks and mortar retailing and / or wholesale sales.
- Experience with Order Management Systems ideally SAP.
- Can demonstrate ability to work at accelerated pace.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, and Word and PowerPoint – intermediate level.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Proven ability to build strong and productive business relationships.
- Results orientated, looking to exceed expectations.
- Excellent collaborator.
What you could also have
- Experience within sports apparel / fashion industry.
This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
