As we continue to evolve how we plan, create and deliver world‑class brand work, we’re looking for a Brand Transformation Lead to help us land change in the most effective, empowering and energising way possible. This role is all about clarity, adoption and alignment. You’ll lead the rollout of new processes, tools and ways of working across Brand Operations, making sure our Go‑To‑Market teams are set up to thrive through change — not just cope with it. You’ll turn complex or ambiguous ideas into structured plans, clear comms, and training that actually sticks. You’ll be the connector across Brand Ops, partnering with Leads in Tech, Performance and Resource to bring transformation initiatives to life in a way that doesn’t disrupt BAU, but elevates it. If you know how to land change that people actually adopt, you speak both creative and operational languages, and you love building clarity in fast‑moving environments, this could be your next move.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Owning transformation and change delivery across Brand Ops — from kickoff to embedment
  • Turning business and team requirements into structured, practical change plans
  • Leading teams through transitions to new processes, tools and operating models
  • Creating clarity during periods of change through documentation, onboarding plans, comms and training
  • Partnering with Tech Lead on onboarding, technical setup and adoption
  • Driving alignment, governance and impact measurement alongside the Head of Brand Operations

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Proven experience in leading transformation & change initiatives
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business or team requirements into structured change initiatives, clear delivery plans and practical outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, ensuring alignment and execution across teams.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in creative technologies, with specific experience in managing processes across DAM, workflow and creative automation technologies
  • High attention to detail, excellent project management skills, and ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution
  • Familiarity with formal change or transformation framework
  • Exposure to global campaign management
