The Opportunity

We’re looking for an energetic, commercially savvy National Account Manager to lead and grow relationships across Scotland and the wider UK On Trade. You’ll manage our national pub groups, hotel groups, and RTM partners, driving profitable sales and distribution of our award-winning portfolio. This is an ideal role for a driven individual with deep knowledge of the Scottish On Trade, a passion for great brands, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow our partnerships with major national and Scottish regional pub groups, hotel groups, and RTM partners.
  • Develop and deliver tailored account strategies, pricing models, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare annual business plans to ensure our volumes outperform the market.
  • Maximise sales, profit and distribution of the Innis & Gunn portfolio across all accounts.
  • Collaborate with field-based BDMs to execute national account plans on the ground.
  • Track and manage commercial performance — including budgets, accruals, and KPIs.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years’ sales, marketing or commercial experience (alcohol industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the Scottish On Trade landscape.
  • Proven ability to turn strategy into action and deliver against ambitious targets.
  • Commercial acumen with experience crafting compelling customer proposals.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and influencing skills.
  • A self-starter mindset — competitive, passionate and highly motivated.
  • Full UK driving licence.
