The Inn Collection Group is a rapidly expanding, award-winning hospitality company with inns across the North of England.

You will play a vital role in the marketing team to help manage the social media accounts for over 30 different inns, driving reach and engagement with our customers.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, for all our social media platforms.
  • Manage the day-to-day scheduling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, and You Tube for all 30 sites, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences
  • Introduce a relevant scheduling tool suitable for our business and train users to ensure maximum uptake.
  • Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote our organisation and brand
  • Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms
  • Interact with community and followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
  • Plan, execute, and analyse social media campaigns to achieve specific objectives.
  • Track and analyse social media performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor social media conversations, identify brand mentions, and respond to customer feedback in brand tone of voice.
  • Keep abreast of emerging social media trends and best practices.
  • Work with marketing team and other stakeholders to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
  • Manage and track budgets for social media activities

  • Travel to sites when needed (expenses covered)
  • Have a genuine passion for marketing and the hospitality industry
