The Inn Collection Group is seeking an experienced eCRM & Loyalty Executive to manage CRM, email marketing and loyalty initiatives. You will work with the eCRM & Loyalty Manager and the marketing team to craft engaging communications across email and the Inn Crowd app, build campaigns, support loyalty activity and report on performance.

The role focuses on developing expertise in CRM, email marketing and loyalty, delivering targeted customer communications, and collaborating with multiple teams.
