As Head Housekeeper, you will bring a friendly, detail‑oriented nature to create a spotless, welcoming environment. You will maintain high standards, respond promptly to guest requests, and lead a housekeeping team with professionalism and punctuality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing cleaning of rooms and public areas
- Promptly reporting maintenance issues
- Managing linen and supplies
- Training new and existing staff
- Following safety guidelines
- Collaborating with the team to create memorable visits
- Providing regular operational updates to the General Manager
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for guest service, and the ability to lead by example. You should be calm under pressure and able to exceed guest expectations.
