The Inn Collection Group seeks a Maintenance Assistant for its Durham inn, a cosy property near the UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will help keep the facilities safe, clean and in excellent condition to deliver warm, comfortable guest experiences.
Daily tasks include boiler and electrical checks, light replacements, fire-safety duties, and inspections of roofs, gutters and walkways. You’ll perform basic plumbing/joinery tasks and assist with gardening as needed.
