The Inn Collection Group is seeking an Operations Chef to support inns across the North East, North Yorkshire and the Lake District. You’ll work with Head Chefs and kitchen teams to raise standards, coach teams and deliver exceptional food during peak trading periods.
You’ll focus on pace, quality and commercial acumen, building strong relationships, running the pass at peak times, and assisting with recruitment, audits and cost control.
