Job Summary
As a Night Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout the night. Friendly, approachable, and an excellent customer service communicator with the ability to work independently while staying organised.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet and check guests in and out.
- Assist with inquiries at reception, the bar, or over the phone.
- Serve guests professionally.
- Keep the restaurant, lounge, and facilities clean and tidy.
