Daily checks on boilers, electrical systems and fire safety equipment are key, along with inspecting roofs, gutters and walkways to prevent hazards.
You’ll perform planned maintenance like painting and grouting, handle unplanned repairs, and support ladder checks and fire alarm tests to ensure compliance.
