We are looking for a Chef de Partie to bring your culinary skills to our historic inn in Helmsley, a 15th‑century destination that combines Elizabethan, Tudor, and Georgian architecture. This role is at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are paramount.

Responsibilities

  • Provide and maintain exceptional food service from start to finish, ensuring presentation and quality meet the Inn’s standards.
  • Oversee food safety, storage and compliance with legislation and company policy, working closely with kitchen, front‑of‑house and management teams.
  • Maintain a clean working station, work efficiently under pressure and prepare food items timely.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and strong communication.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar Chef de Partie or kitchen leadership role.
  • Strong communication, time‑keeping and organisational skills.
  • Passion for delivering quality food and thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
