Responsibilities

As Chef de Partie, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are paramount. You will take full responsibility for your section, delivering exceptional food service from start to finish.

You will oversee food safety, storage and compliance with legislation and company policy, working closely with the team to maintain high standards. Strong communication, time‑keeping and organisational skills are key as you collaborate with kitchen staff, front‑of‑house and management teams. You’ll work efficiently under pressure, preparing food items promptly and maintaining a clean working station.
