You’ll Fit Right Inn

As an Assistant Manager you will be key to supporting the General Manager in ensuring that our Inn feels like a home away from home for our guests. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team, managing daily operations, and creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both staff and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily duties and manage shift operations in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
  • Lead a team to deliver company standards and foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
  • Conduct administrative tasks, including stocktake, ordering, and accounts management.
  • Coordinate with Chefs, Management, and Suppliers.
  • Handle guest responses and be available for occasional sleepovers.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in food and hospitality.
  • Passion for customer service and ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Hands‑on and approachable leadership style.
