  • Chef de Partie – Kitchen Section Lead

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the kitchen section, ensuring exceptional presentation and attention to detail for each dish.
  • Oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff, front‑of‑house and management teams to maintain high standards.
  • Work efficiently under pressure, preparing food items on time and maintaining a clean working station.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role as Chef de Partie.
  • Strong communication, time‑keeping and organisational skills.
  • Passion for food and a genuine commitment to quality service.
