The Inn Collection Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our on-site maintenance operations across our inns. You will manage the maintenance team, plan workloads, delegate tasks, and ensure safety standards are upheld in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Daily duties include checks on boilers, electrical systems, fire safety equipment, and exterior areas; coordinating with contractors, managing stock, and recording all work in our system while adhering to Health & Safety guidelines.
