With 55 bedrooms, 196 internal covers and 148 external covers, this is a substantial, food‑led operation with ambitious plans, located in the heart of Grasmere.

You’ll Fit Right Inn
As a Night Porter, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout the night.

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while staying organised.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check guests in and out at the reception.
- Assist with inquiries at reception, the bar, or over the phone.
- Serve guests professionally and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the restaurant, lounge, and facilities.
- Prepare the restaurant for breakfast service and set up the buffet table.
- Patrol the premises to perform security checks and ensure a safe environment.
