- Take full responsibility for the kitchen’s daily operations, ensuring smooth running.
- Manage orders with nominated suppliers and meet financial targets.
- Stay calm under pressure and efficiently achieve budgeted costs for food, wastage, and wages to ensure everything runs to perfection.
