As Chef de Partie, you will be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are paramount. With experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for food, you’ll take full responsibility for your section, delivering exceptional food service from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee food safety, storage and compliance with legislation and company policy.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff, front‑of‑house and management to meet service goals.
