About the Role

As Chef de Partie, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are paramount. With experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for food, you’ll take full responsibility for your section, delivering exceptional food service from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the presentation and quality of food meet the high standards of ICG.
  • Take full responsibility for your section, managing the preparation of dishes from start to finish.
  • Oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy.
  • Co‑operate closely with kitchen staff, front‑of‑house and management teams, demonstrating strong communication, time‑keeping and organisational skills.
  • Work efficiently under pressure, preparing food items timely and maintaining a clean working station.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve service and product quality.
