Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for your section before, during, and after service.
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and quality.
- Ensure appropriate storage, labelling, and dating of all food stock following company policy and legislation.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams, demonstrating strong communication, time‑keeping, and organisational skills.
