As an Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager to ensure the Inn feels like a home away from home for guests.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead the team, manage daily operations, and create a welcoming and efficient environment for staff and guests.

You will oversee daily duties, lead a team to deliver company standards, and manage day-to-day operations.

You will be hands-on and approachable, lead by example, and foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere.

Responsibilities include managing shift operations in a busy, fast-paced environment, administrative tasks, liaising with Chefs, Management, and Suppliers, conducting stocktakes and ordering, handling accounts management, and occasional sleepovers and guest responses as needed.

If you have a strong background in food and hospitality, a passion for customer service, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team, you may be a great fit for this role.
