As a Head Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty of our grounds throughout the year for our guests.

Experience in a similar role is essential.

Key points about the role:

  • No two days are ever the same; often, you won’t know what you’ll be doing until you come in on the day.
  • You can’t be afraid to get your hands dirty.
  • Health & safety compliance checks are mandatory to ensure everyone’s safety.
  • Our gardens are the first thing our guests see when they arrive, so we want them looking perfect.
  • You will have the pleasure of training new staff to be as wonderful as our current team.
  • All Heads of Department participate in the Duty Manager rota.
  • When team members leave, you will have the opportunity to recruit new talent for your team.
  • We are one team, so we all help each other across departments when needed.
