About the Role
At The INKEY List, packaging is one of the most recognisable expressions of our brand; simple, functional and unmistakably INKEY. We're looking for a Senior Designer with strong packaging expertise to lead the design and rollout of packaging across our core range, innovation pipeline and future launches. You'll also contribute to wider brand campaigns and creative projects, helping ensure a consistent brand experience across every touchpoint. This is an opportunity for a highly organised, detail-oriented designer who enjoys balancing creativity with process improvement and can confidently take projects from concept through to execution.
What You'll Do
- Packaging Design
- Lead packaging design across core products, innovation launches, INKEY Lab and D2D packaging
- Own artwork and packaging rollout from concept to final delivery
- Ensure packaging assets, files and systems are organised, scalable and accurate
- Collaborate with Packaging teams to maintain artwork, claims and guidelines
- Improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and consistency
- Brand & Campaign Creative
- Support campaigns across digital, social, retail and marketing channels
- Bring launches and key brand moments to life beyond the pack
- Ensure all creative work feels cohesive, elevated and unmistakably INKEY
- Develop original design concepts and creative solutions
- Maintain high creative standards while staying true to the brand
- Support and mentor junior designers
- Stay informed on packaging trends, materials and innovation
- Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Work closely with Design, Packaging, Marketing, Social, VM and Growth teams
- Present ideas and creative rationale confidently to stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a design role with a strong packaging focus
- Experience within beauty, skincare, lifestyle or consumer brands
- Strong knowledge of packaging production and artwork processes
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects
- Strong understanding of brand systems and consistency
Nice to Have
- Campaign or integrated brand design experience
- Experience with retailers such as Sephora, Ulta or Amazon
- Startup or scale-up brand experience
