About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and culturally aware Social & Brand Partnerships Manager to lead how we show up across platforms and in culture. This role is central to our community‑first brand ethos, shaping how we connect with our audience through platform‑native content and meaningful collaborations. You’ll be responsible for growing reach and engagement, nurturing trust, relevance, and advocacy at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead an insight‑led global social media strategy that aligns with brand purpose and community expectations.
- Oversee platform strategy, content calendars, and creative output — ensuring we meet the community where they are and in ways they care about.
- Monitor sentiment and trends to evolve our voice and storytelling based on what the community is asking for and responding to.
- Build and activate social‑first brand collaborations that create value for our audience — not just noise.
- Partner with culturally relevant, like‑minded brands to launch campaigns, co‑branded content, and activations that spark conversation and community pride.
- Ensure all partnerships are developed through the lens of what matters to our community, anticipating their curiosities, concerns, and aspirations.
- Use community listening, feedback, and social sentiment to inform both social and partnership strategies.
- Collaborate with the #askINKEY team and education/content leads to ensure alignment between what we say, what we create, and what the community needs.
- Act as a champion for the voice of the community inside the business — translating insights into innovation and action.
- Work closely with Brand, Creative, Influencer, Education, Product, and PR teams to deliver integrated campaigns that feel seamless and audience‑first.
- Contribute to consumer insights and R&D by identifying community‑driven white spaces.
- Lead and inspire a team of social strategists, community managers, and content specialists.
- Set clear objectives and mentor the team to push boundaries while staying rooted in authenticity.
Personal Attributes
- Passionate about serving and growing communities, not just building audiences.
- Highly collaborative, with a bias for action and experimentation.
- Deeply curious, empathetic, and culturally aware.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic, purpose‑led environment.
What We Offer
- Private Medical for ALL employees – Vitality Medical scheme
- Company benefits package (BCORP organisations, birthday day off, cycle to work scheme, team days, product allowance)
- Dog‑friendly office
