The Role

This role leads shopper-led visual merchandising execution across the UK and Rest of World markets. The Regional Visual Merchandising Manager ensures INKEY shows up clearly, confidently and commercially across a diverse set of retailers, store formats and market environments. Working from global shopper missions and VM principles, this role translates strategy into regionally effective execution that improves speed to find, ease of shop and conversion. This is not a project management-only role. You are accountable for adding value to the work, learning from store performance and raising the quality and effectiveness of VM over time, not just delivering assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shopper Missions and VM Leadership
    • Execute global shopper mission frameworks across UK and ROW markets, adapting for local nuance while protecting global intent
    • Apply shopper psychology to improve navigation, clarity and confidence to purchase
    • Ensure every VM execution and activation is anchored to a clear shopper mission and conversion objective
    • Deliver VM across permanent fixtures, temporary placements and market-specific activations and events
    • Translate global VM guidelines into retailer-ready execution that improves hierarchy, shopability and education
    • Own execution quality in store and ensure global standards are met consistently
  • Creative and Trade Marketing Partnership
    • Partner with Trade Marketing as a peer to ensure activations are shopper-led and commercially focused
    • Work with Creative and the in-house VM Designer to translate brand toolkits into clear, engaging in-store execution
    • Challenge briefs or executions that look good but do not improve clarity, education or conversion
  • Agency and Vendor Management
    • Manage regional VM agencies and production vendors from the approved vendor ecosystem
    • Brief agencies with clear intent, constraints and success criteria
    • Push agencies to continually improve execution quality, not repeat past solutions
    • Oversee timelines, cost discipline and readiness for installation
    • Manage approved vendor list and run tendering process for region.
  • Continuous Improvement and Learning
    • Use store feedback, performance observation and regional insight to improve execution cycle by cycle
    • Turn learnings into clear recommendations and upgrades for future VM and activations
    • Share regional insights back to the global VM function to evolve playbooks, templates and standards
    • Proactively identify opportunities to simplify, sharpen and strengthen how INKEY shows up in store

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience in visual merchandising, retail marketing or shopper marketing
  • Experience working across multiple markets, retailer formats or international environments
  • Strong creative judgement combined with commercial thinking and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage agencies and external suppliers and improve output over time
  • Confident cross-functional partner who can influence and challenge constructively

Who You Are

  • Shopper-first and curious about how people actually behave in store
  • Outcome-led: you care that it works, not just that it ships
  • Comfortable owning decisions and improving execution over time
  • Creatively minded but grounded in clarity, education and conversion
  • Organised, proactive and calm in fast-moving environments

Why INKEY?

  • Real ownership of how the brand wins in store across the UK and international markets
  • Direct impact on conversion, clarity and shopper confidence at the point of purchase
  • A fast-moving, ambitious and collaborative culture
  • Clear development pathway into senior VM leadership or broader shopper and trade marketing roles
