Location: London (2 days minimum in office)

Reports to: Social Media Manager

The Social Media Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of our social channels across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms. This role is responsible for content scheduling, publishing, community management and operational support to ensure channels run smoothly and consistently.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role that plays a key part in bringing social strategies to life. The Coordinator ensures content is published accurately and on time, conversations are managed in line with brand tone, and performance insights are surfaced to inform future content.

Key responsibilities
  • Channel Execution & Publishing
    • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
    • Ensure all posts are correctly formatted, tagged and optimised per platform
    • Support in maintaining content calendars and tracking deadlines
  • Community Management
    • Own day-to-day community management across platforms together with our AskINKEY Team
    • Engage with our audience in a timely, on-brand and helpful manner
    • Escalate sensitive or complex queries to relevant internal teams
    • Monitor sentiment and recurring questions, flagging trends to the Social Media Managers
    • Support reactive engagement and cultural moments
  • Content Support
    • Assist the Social Media Managers with content creation and briefing
    • Support on shoot days with content capture (behind-the-scenes, UGC-style, trending formats)
    • Support creator/influencer content amplification
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Track engagement metrics and community trends
    • Support competitor and trend monitoring
    • Support in identifying emerging platform trends and content opportunities
Skills & experience
  • 1–2+ years’ experience in social media or community management
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok formats and trends
  • Confident copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone of voice
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable filming and editing short-form content (native app editing is a plus)
  • Experience in community engagement and customer interaction
  • Passion for digital culture and emerging social trends

  • Background in beauty or skincare
  • Understanding of ingredient-led storytelling and skincare conversations
