Regulatory at INKEY sits at the heart of Product Development. It spans formula documentation, global notifications, claims governance, artwork approval, and market access across multiple regions. It protects the business, enables compliant innovation at pace, and creates the structure that allows us to scale globally with confidence.

We are looking for someone who understands that regulatory is not a back-office function, but a critical driver of global growth and who wants to take ownership of that space.
The role
This is a hands-on execution focused position reporting to the Head of Product Development, operating in a fast-moving high growth environment.
- Own regulatory delivery across UK, EU, US and other key markets
- Execute global product notifications and ensure PIF readiness
- Gather and validate supplier technical documentation
- Review and substantiate product claims
- Embed regulatory checkpoints into artwork and launch workflows
- Manage external regulatory partners while maintaining internal accountability and control
- Drive structure visibility and efficiency across regulatory processes
What we are looking for
- Strong hands‑on experience in cosmetic regulatory affairs
- Solid working knowledge of UK, EU and US cosmetic regulations including OTC requirements where relevant
- Confident managing global notifications and documentation end to end
- Super proactive and solution focused
- High ownership mindset
- Structured, organised and efficiency driven
- Comfortable rolling up sleeves and working in detail
- Calm, pragmatic and commercially aware
