About the Role
We are looking for a Design Lead to help drive the next evolution of INKEY's visual identity across every touchpoint from TikTok to packaging, retail to email. You will bring strategic thinking and sharp execution to a fast-paced creative team obsessed with clarity, consistency, and creative impact. This is a hands-on role for a designer who can flex between brand guardianship and culture-led disruption, with a deep understanding of design that performs especially in the North American beauty market.
What You Will Do
- Craft and execute high-impact design across web, email, social, packaging, VM, and campaigns.
- Lead brand consistency across assets while knowing when (and how) to push boundaries.
- Work closely with the Creative Director to translate brand vision into best-in-class design.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with social, VM, and global marketing teams to align on creative needs and strategic output.
- Champion a consumer-first, conversion-minded approach to design.
- Stay up to date on Gen Z visual culture, platform trends, and industry innovation.
- Lead visual development for launches, moments, and always-on brand storytelling.
- Ensure all work meets the highest creative and commercial standards fast and clean.
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years of experience in beauty, lifestyle, or relevant brand/agency environments.
- Proven ability to deliver consistent, conversion-driven design across physical and digital platforms.
- Deep knowledge of North American market design expectations (Sephora, Ulta, Amazon, etc.).
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma and Canva a plus.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight turnarounds.
- A collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Obsessed with great design, clear storytelling, and raising the bar.
- Passionate about the brand, the customer, and using design to build trust and love.
