The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 ÂŁ per year.

This role is for the road warrior, and requires regular travel, including overnights, within your designated market. The standard work schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, subject to business needs. The ideal candidate will be based in the U.K. and will service Sephora, Boots, SpaceNK, Selfidges, H‑beauty stores across the market; with potential for more retailer partners being added. The primary function of this role is to achieve retail sales objectives within designated market through strategic planning and in‑store sales support, education of Retailer Staff, event activation and effective management of Part‑Time Sales Support team.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve all sales goals provided.
  • In partnership with Manager, develop call‑cycle and quarterly execution strategies to optimise goal achievement. Adjust plans accordingly, as the needs of the business evolve.
  • Strive to deliver an average retailer ranking within the Top 10 in each location.
  • Prepare weekly sales results and in‑store activity recaps to the Manager.
  • Take part in all major event set‑up and execution, leading the Part‑Time Sales Support Team and setting the standard in delivering best‑in‑class education and sales.
  • Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships/relationships with key leadership within our retail partner resulting in increased understanding of the business and achievement of successful sales results.

Training

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of all products as well as ingredients, and lead by example.
  • Train all retailer partners and Part‑Time Sales Support Team on The Inkey List, selling techniques and best practices.
  • Manage gratis and deliver to our retail partner as directed by the Education Training & Content Manager.

Management

  • Create and maintain a working schedule that optimises call‑cycle and successfully supports all doors.
  • Execute monthly business reviews and strategy meetings with in‑store management, and Manager.
  • Ensure all reports are completed on time, including but not limited to Weekly Sales Recap and T&E.
  • Hold event planning meetings with retailer management to ensure successful outcomes for all events.
  • Responsible for sending recaps of all events with successes and opportunities within 48 hours of event completion.
  • Actively recruit, hire, train and manage Part‑Time Sales Support Team. Review performance, coach where necessary, and adjust as needed.
  • With the support of the Manager, create schedules for Part‑Time Sales Support Team. Monitor and approve payroll to ensure that budgets are fully utilised to deliver the best ROI.

Communication

  • Share daily feedback on various team communication platforms.
  • Communicate market specific performance and feedback with Manager weekly on one on one calls.
  • Participate in regional meetings and conference calls to provide partnership and creative solutions to business needs.
  • Stay engaged with all retail partners and key leadership to identifying opportunities and celebrations, introduce new product launches and share corporate initiatives.
  • Share relevant feedback with key internal and external partners that affect the needs of the business.
  • Engage in weekly communication on performance and brand focus with Part‑Time Sales Support Team.
  • Timely return of all phone calls, e‑mails and communication from both retail partners and the corporate office within 24 hours of receipt during work week.

Budgets

  • Work directly with Manager to effectively manage T&E and Part‑Time Sales Support Team budgets.

Education

  • Lead and deliver all education initiatives across the UK, Ireland, and Nordic retailers (Sephora, Boots, SpaceNK, and other key partners).
  • Responsible for executing masterclasses, virtual trainings, and supporting new store openings to ensure consistent brand messaging and elevated customer experience within Assigned Market.
  • Collaborate closely with, and report all aspects of education into, the Education & Content Training Manager to align training content with global standards and local market needs.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and education to Beauty Advisors, Part‑Time Sales Support Team, and retail partner staff to build product knowledge, selling skills, and confidence in The Inkey List.
  • Develop and deliver tailored training plans to address regional differences and retailer requirements, ensuring education strategies drive both sell‑through and customer engagement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback, sales performance, and follow‑up visits; provide regular reports and recommendations to the Education & Content Training Manager.
  • Act as the go‑to resource for education within the market, ensuring that new launches, campaigns, and initiatives are effectively communicated and understood across all retail partners.

Qualifications

  • Two years of sales experience within the retail cosmetics field with a solid understanding of influencing sales, product knowledge, events, and operations.
  • Strong understanding of Sephora, Boots & SpaceNK company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Effective planning, organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales through fostering relationships and providing exceptional brand partnership.
  • Ability to work independently to prioritise and achieve results.
  • Must be able to travel to all Markets under their management.
  • Ability to help other regions and retailers as needed.
